General conditions
- Prices are in Euros, per room, per night, and include breakfast and city taxes.
- Prices are valid until January 31st , 2018. From February 1st, 2018 prices may vary and are subject to availability in the hotel.
- Rooms will be allocated on “first come – first served” basis.
- Participants will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel.
- Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied or alternatively full payment is forwarded by bank transfer.
- Official check-in time for the hotels is 15:00 hours and check-out is 12:00 noon.
Payment conditions
- All payments are to be made in Euros.
- Please note that all bank charges need to be settled by the payees.
- If payment will be made by credit card, an additional bank charge 1,5% of the total amount will be applied and charged.
Cancellation conditions
- All cancellations or changes must be received in writing by January 31st, 2018 to the email
- Written cancellations received prior to January 31st, 2018 receive full refund minus €50.00 administrative fee.
- Written cancellations received between February 01st and February 19th , 2018 will be charged with one (1) night stay.
- There is no refund for cancellations received after February 19th, 2018.
- In case of non-arrival, payment is non – refundable.
